CANDIDATE FOR RICHFIELD CITY COUNCIL (AT LARGE)

I GOT INTO THIS RACE TO HELP A NEIGHBOR (I BARELY KNOW)

I'm staying in it -- and sticking my neck out --  to help all my neighbors.


I love our city.  We all have skills.  


If I didn't step up, I'd be an ahole.


Because right now, Richfield has three dangerous and expensive problems on our doorstep.

AND I'M VERY GOOD AT MY VERY WEIRD DAY JOB

AI, disinfo, & "stop civil war" expert: 20 years. Data center legal strategies for 10.

My mutant power = getting both sides to work together.

#1 We live next door to where the civil war has almost started twice

#3 We got 4 years to either win/lose the AI world. Lose = scary & broken AI, no jobs,

#2 We have zero leverage if a data center shows up in Richfield or nearby.

That's not safe for Richfield.  We have the legal and political right to tell both sides to turn the volume down.  Both sides trust me.  

And the world is too dangerous for amatuer hour

Right now they aren't safe or tested.  I'll have to move the fam and sue a city.  Running is faster, cheaper, & helps everyone out.

struggling students, & encoded partisan agendas.  Win = smart & regulated AI, jobs + re-training, $$$ 4 our schools, and new tax revenue.

ON EVERYTHING ELSE, IT'S MY JOB TO DO WHAT YOU WANT

That how democracy actually works.

The reason "both sides" trust me is that I shut up, listen, referee, take a vote, and act

My Ph.D. and training is showing folks where they  actually agree/disagree. 


So I work with schools, the famous orgs, Fortune 500 companies, artists, and communities.

If we can talk like neighbors (not gaslit freaks) Richfield can fix big/small things fast. That's a massive advantage for a city.

I was a "diversity hire" at a Bible college downtown to try to get MN the "fix AI" win:

(and Christian+Muslim+Jewish orgs) to shake hands.  


Then Minneapolis blew up 2x. I moved to Richfield for a chill life after some jackass tried to shoot me

I spent 20 (not easy) years on my teams' 100% non-partisan brand.  MN can't afford to screw that up.

We don't run for office unless the house is on fire and we know where the hydrants are.

(And this one understands budgets and policy.)


But I can't do a million things that you know how to do.
